1) I drove from San Diego to Irvine today in less than an hour. It's the fastest I've ever driven! Yikes!!

2) I took Dorosister to get her nails done for the first time today. Truly, it is such a glamazon thing to have done. She went all out and got some beautiful blue designs and stuff. I'm so excited to come back now so I can get my nails Gucci-fied to the max. Seriously! All goodness.

3) On a South Africa note, I'm really starting to develop anxious feelings about leaving. I will miss my family! It's been six days since I've left home (to nomad around from work to San Diego and back) and I miss my Mama and Dad and Gma to the max. I know the miss home pains are going to be so super intense.

4) I realize I did not write about how fucking amazing John Legend is live. Seriously. His voice is so "smooth" as Doro-queen would put it. I am glad that I did not leave early in a little hissy fit (those who love and know me know I am occasionally prone to my princess-ness. It's a flaw that I wish I could grow out of. Oh well, I will keep growing until I am twenty five, so basically I still have a lot of room for improvement!). I love my sister very much because she is a world class loon who loves to sleep early. Please do not mock her because she has a beautiful soul! Okay, so I am sure I saw John Legend's legend. WOOOOOOOOT. It's amazing!

5) I like friends who are kind. I've realized since I got to Irvine that good friends are hard to make. I don't know what it is about this town. I'm just blessed that despite a lot of falling outs, I still have mega tight homies who I love and love me in return. Irvine is not a place for pure people. Also, a lot fo people fall in and out of funks. I just need to force myself to keep loving until they are gold again.
