1) I got back from Durban yesterday and it was awesome! It was awesome because in big cities there are more people and more people mean more diversity blah blah and that means more chance of finding Chinese and then Taiwanese people which means a higher chance of finding that food! So we go to the Gateway mall and first I hear these three older ladies speaking Tai Yu (Taiwanese) so I just go up to them and ask them where I can get good food and they give me that numbers of two places and are very nice. Awesome.

2) We eat at the recommended good Asain (it had Japanese, Thai, Chinese, and maybe Korean) resturant called Tare Panda. Hilarious!! They just have all Tare Panda stuff!!!!!! Well, while we are there I hear (actually listen in because I am a creep) and there is a family sitting next to us and we all start talking (well me and them) and they are really nice and we talk about Taiwan and they tell me that my Chinese is not that good but it's okay and they invite me and some friends to go stay with them some weekend in Durban. Which is really awesome and not naive of me because it was just all good coolness and the Mama says she will make Pai Gu Fan (pork chop rice) and I am so stoked. So so so stoked!!!!!

3) We stayed at this hostel by the beach. The first night, we went out to the water which was warm and just sat on the beach. It was warm and nice and so pretty. Seriously, like so beautiful. But me, being me, left my camera locked in my dresser. Sweet. Not really. But I'll be back there definitely. Staying in a hostel is interesting. I showered before I went out on Thursday and then didn't wash my hair until Sunday night when we got back. Hence, the sweet hat that I bought. Staying there bunk-bedded up and squished shows me how great personal space is. Seriously.

4) What is also great are my two favorite types of sandwichese here. I like bacon and egg sandwiches and chip and cheese sandwiches. They are seriously amazing stuff. Bacon and egg is good because it is bacon and egg, but chip and cheese is so so so delicious!!! I will probably eat one today as my stomach is starting to make noise. It is fries and cheese and tomato sauce (which is ketchup here). Tomato sauce is sweeter and it's so scrumdillumtious that I love it and will bring home three bottles for me not to share with anyone!!!!!!!

5) I have sunrash on my arms and face and chest and it's really not comfortable but I am cool now because my friend gave me a cream and hopefully it goes away. I will go to the clinic now!! Huzzah!!!!!!!!!!
